Detailed Product Info

Bouquet grows a bit quicker, flowers earlier, and is a bit shorter than our Mammoth Dill. Leaves, flowers, and seeds can all be used for flavoring. Some of our favorite pickle people are from Grey Mouse Farm, and are at many of the same farmers markets we are.

Growing Instructions

Direct sow around last frost, or indoors before last frost and then transplant fairly quickly. Sow dill every 3-4 weeks for highest quality fresh leaves all season. For use as a dry herb, harvest before the umbel (Latin for umbrella) flowers form.
