Seed Farm Intern Notes: Racing to Seed

Today's frosty morning was a good reminder that the growing season is still just beginning - there is more spring ahead before we head into the long productive days of summer on the farm. Despite this slow start, we will soon be gathering our first harvest... of seeds. A few plants around the farm are already slowly preparing to go to seed. Which one will get there first?
