Question: The country I wish to order to is on the restricted list, what should I do? 

Many countries have strict import regulations in place in order to protect local ecosystems. We do not ship to any countries on this list and recommend looking for local seed sources.

Question: I want to order seeds to a country that is on the 'somewhat restricted' list, what do I do next?

Check the website of your Ministry of Agriculture for its import restrictions on seeds before placing your order. It's very likely that only certain seed types / weights are restricted, or that a phytosanitary certificate is required. Please note that in the case of a  phytosanitary certificate being required, we will not be able to provide this.

Question: Are there any exceptions for shipping seeds to countries on the restricted list?

No, there are no exceptions!

Question: The product I'm looking to order is on the 'somewhat restricted list, how do I proceed?

We recommend avoiding attempting to ship these products internationally, however please check the specific import regulation on these products with your Ministry of Agriculture. Note that in the event a phytosanitary certificate is required, that we will not be able to provide this.

Question: How much does shipping cost?

You'll have the chance to see all available shipping options and prices before you confirm your order. Simply add items to your cart and click checkout, once you add in your address the shipping prices and options will be calculated and displayed.

Question: Where is my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number automatically to the email you provided when ordering. 

Question: My tracking number says the package was delivered, but it never came?

We often find that when a package shows 'delivered' but has not arrived, it tends to end up arriving within 48 hours. If you've waited more than 48 hours and the package has not arrived, please contact us.
