Happy New Season! Even though the days are still cold and short, we're welcoming a new year with gardening on our minds. Yes, there are still months left before the ground warms up to welcome new seeds, but just like the garlic under its snowy blanket is busy planning its grand springtime entrance, now is a wonderful time for gardeners to start planning the new growing season. With this in mind, we are excited to announce that our new catalog is finally here! Have a look:

Our next reminder of spring will be the return of the How-To blog series. In exactly one month, it will be time to start Onions, Leeks, Scallions, Chives, Garlic Chives, Celery, Celeriac, Artichoke seeds (alas, indoors) here in the Hudson Valley.  Can you believe it?
