17th Century heirloom with gorgeous, 5" tall flowers of a solid, rich golden yellow. Adorable planted en masse, as an early spring "river" or a woodland border. Flowers will open and close on sunny days, and naturalize readily. Dutch Large Flowering Crocus produce much larger blooms than traditional species crocus, and will bloom about 2 weeks later. Deer-resistant.

Crocus do best in full sun to partial shade They require a well-drained soil. Water in well after planting, beyond that normal rainfall should be sufficient.
Follow the recommended planting depth per variety.
Bulbs should be kept cool until ready to plant; and planted in fall at least a month before the ground freezes.
