Artwork by Giselle Potter. Giselle Potter is the illustrator of over twenty-five children's books including, The Year I Didn’t Go to School, which she wrote and illustrated about her experiences of traveling with her parent’s puppet troupe in Italy when she was eight.
Along with children’s books, she does editorial illustrations for numerous publications and advertisements including a series of animated ads for the British laundry soap, Persil. One of her most recent projects was illustrating a Gertrude Stein book entitle “TO DO: A Book of Alphabets and Birthdays” to accompany an exhibit of the Stein art collection. She lives Rosendale with her husband, Kieran and daughters, Pia and Isabel.
