Pink oysters are substantial and chewy, with a rich and delicious flavor slightly redolent of the forest floor. A beautiful salmon color, they grow easily indoors and are ready to harvest within 10 days of starting to care for them. Keep the kit tended for up to three months and you can expect an additional one to three flushes of mushrooms.
Mushroom kits must be opened and started soon after receipt, so be sure to order when you or the recipient will be both available to receive the shipment and poised to get started with the kit quickly.
