Snowballs in summer! Reaching 4' tall, White Giant flowerheads span 8" in diameter and seem to softly float in the air. Look more closely and find delicate star-like florets with finely textured petals and bright green ovaries.
Plant in full sun. Alliums are beloved by pollinators and resistant to deer, rabbit, and rodent damage.

Alliums do best in full sun to partial shade They require a well-drained soil. Water in well after planting, beyond that normal rainfall should be sufficient. Allium bulbs should be planted 1-2 times as deep as the diameter of the bulb. Bulbs should be kept cool until ready to plant; and planted in fall at least a month before the ground freezes.
