We have experienced unprecedented and unexpected demand for seeds since the beginning of the COVID crisis. We usually are able to ship orders within 24 to 48 hours, but the order volume we are currently experiencing has increased this turnaround time. Please note the following before placing your order:
- Shipping delays for orders placed through the end of June will be in the range of 5-10 business days.
- You will receive an automatic email when your order is shipped. Please do not contact us with questions about shipping if your order is within the time-frames listed above.
- Inventory is real-time. If we sell out of a seed pack, it is going out of stock on our site until we are able to produce more of that variety. Pack production is ongoing; if a variety is out, please check back in a day or two to see if we have packed it yet.
- As of May 14th, we are limiting the number of orders we accept per day in order to work through our backlog and get back to normal immediate turnarounds. We anticipate that we will have to leave these limits in place until July 6th, as we are also moving into a new location during this period, which will disrupt our shipping for several days. If you were unable to place your order because the site says we have reached our limit for the day, return to our site after 8am EDT tomorrow morning. Your order will still be in your cart and you can complete your order then. Thanks for your understanding!
