A mild, sweet, and creamy softneck producing generous bulbs.
This softneck, artichoke type has a mild, sweet, and creamy flavor. Produces an average of 11-21 cloves per bulb. Easy to grow, more quickly maturing, and stores very well, usually up to 8 months if handled properly. Grown on our own Four Fold Farm!
For more info on the differences between softnecks and hardnecks, see the growing instructions below.
Garlic is sold in pound quantities. There are typically 80-90 cloves per pound; each clove successfully grown will produce a full bulb the following year.

Plant in fall. See our guide to growing garlic. On the differences between softnecks and hardnecks:
Softnecks are best for warmer climates as they don't tend to be as winter hardy. They also store longer than many hardneck varieties. Hardnecks have fewer, larger cloves per bulb making them easier to peel. They also develop a long flowering stem (the scape), unlike softnecks.
