Seeds in the City

Every year we've had gallery shows upstate. Our annual show attracts gardeners, farmers, artists, collectors, foodies, activists, seed savers, green thumbs and brown thumbs. Venues have included the Gardiner Library, KMoCA, Roos Arts, and Katerskill Gallery. Some of our more intrepid Seed Library city fans have made the trip up (thank you!). But this year we've decided to bring the show to you.

The Horticultural Society of New York is hosting the show, which opens on Thursday, December 9th.  The seed celebration kicks off with a special preview party 5:00 to 6:30 p.m.

The preview includes local fare catering by Great Performances and drinks provided by Tuthilltown Spirits. I'll also give a guided walk-through of the show. The preview is also a chance to have first dibs on buying holiday gifts including limited edition fine art prints of the original artworks, gift baskets, and art packs. To come to the preview party you need to rsvp and buy tickets online or call (212) 757-0915. The general opening, which is free, starts at 6:30.

We hope to see you there!
