Salad Savor Mix

A tender mix of arugula and Asian greens.
Lettuce is rarely enough to carry a salad; it's usually the other greens that take center stage, adding the kick and spice that are so important to a flavorful mouthful. That's where Salad Savor comes in. A lettuce-free mix chosen for flavor and texture, Salad Savor will be your go-to greens for their tangy taste, deep green color, and excellent nutrition. Combine baby leaves with baby lettuce for a delightful spring mix, eat alone in summer for pungent salads, or sauté full-grown plants in fall or anytime!
Includes Arugula, Baby Bok Choy, Red Streaks Mizuna, Tokyo Bekana, and Yukina Savoy.

I'm homebound due to an operation, and wanted to grow food in pots on my balcony. These work well and I can harvest to add to salads. Enough seeds for next year remain.
Lettuce mixes are a mixed bag. Would be happier with better outcomes. But ok.
Loved this greens mix! Easy, delicious, varied salad in seconds. Can't wait to start growing again in 2022.
Great winter greens!
Sowed this late September in Raised bed (SE Kansas) 3 weeks prior to typical first frost per instructions. Here in 1st week in December still am cutting greens for stir fry. Seems to tolerate frost also-has been down to 25 degrees and plants remain lush. Very pleased to have fresh greens into winter!
