Winter Aconite

Eranthis hyemalis

Adorable cups of cheer to usher winter away and welcome spring.

Translates from Greek to "spring flower," as it is one of the earliest flowers to emerge. Its sunny, cup-shaped flowers are much beloved by bees and bloom atop short stems and sweet rosettes of foliage close to the ground. Grows to be about 4" tall max. Makes an excellent early spring lawn tapestry, woodland border, or rock garden planting. Naturally deer and rodent resistant.

Does not ship internationally.

I DO love the one that flowered, but only 3 of 20 even came up...definitely could be me, but definitely could be these bulbs. This is only the first season they've been here, so hopefully the full 20 appear next year.

Thank you so much for ordering Winter Aconite from us last fall! I am sorry to hear that you did not have as many as expected come up this spring. Bulbs can be tricky as there are many factors over the winter that can affect their growth including soil moisture and composition, sunlight, animals, etc. We are reaching out to you privately regarding your Aconite.
