This was my first time growing garlic. I planted quite late in the fall and didn't prep my raised beds as recommended, so I wasn't expecting much, but spring rolled around and the plants immediately sprang to life. It's mid-June and I've already harvested most of the bulbs, which are of respectable size. I will definitely reorder because now I feel like some kind of garlic wizard!
First time growing garlic so wasn’t sure which ones to pick so why not get them all? This variety pack didn’t disappoint! Planting instructions were helpful and informative. Close to 100% germination. Can’t wait to harvest. Highly recommend for first time garlic grower.
The garlic from Hudson Valley Seed that we planted in my raised beds is doing great. We especially love to plant the hardneck varieties because the scapes give us two harvest from the same crop. :-)
My picture is from before our last snow. All three varieties in the pack have been vigorous all through this strange up and down Indiana winter. They are growing leaps and bounds now and I am excited to get my first harvest this summer. I am ordering my fall garlic now!
My first time growing garlic and I’m excited! They look great so far. Looking forward to scapes in my future, and eventually delicious garlic. Thanks!
I love my garlic from this company! I always have a huge bountiful crop of delicious garlic.
More than enough to share with family and last all year!
I’ve purchased several years in a row and plan to continue!
Planted garlic late in December (I got busy) they are doing well expecting and good harvest in July.
This product come promptly, packaged well and it grows exceptionally! I will be ordering every year from now on.
I’m so looking forward to seeing our garlic grow! I planted 3 varieties with lots of organic compost in our 4x4 raised bed. More pics to come when they start to show their green growth this coming spring.
They arrived on time and lovely. This is my first time planting garlic. They’re all snuggled in their overwinter beds.
I had a good crop and can't wait to try all the varieties in my cooking.
Recently purchased the hardneck variety pack for 3rd year. Have had good harvests with this and enjoy the scapes as well.
Thought they would do better. Perhaps it was all the rain we had.
Delicious garlic but the heads were small - I think I did not cut off the scapes at the right time! Plus I gave a lot away and wished I had kept more for myself!!
Healthy, abundant, and tasty!
It was great ! Now hoping it produces in tne spring!
Veey pleased. I ended up planting over 100 cloves of garlic. Everone nice and firm. Not a bad clove in the whole bunch.
While the size of the Music variety was just fine, the other two were so small, they weren't worth planting. You need large cloves to make large bulbs.
Amazing garlic and customer service
Planted in Fall and it's coming up in March. Check this space later in the year for an update!
Hard to rate it…we don’t harvest garlic till July here….I’m sure it’s going to be great!
Garlic looked very healthy. March in zone 6 and they are poking up out of the ground. Can’t wait for harvest time!
Love homegrown garlic!
Got my first scapes
I planted the cloves last fall...we will see what comes up, the cloves were very nice and healthy, I shared with a friend.... We are hoping for lots of good results when we harvest!
I planted my garlic and now am just waiting until spring to see how it grows, as are my friends who asked for some.
