We are a small seed company that celebrates the art of seed—by producing seed on our own certified organic seed farm, stewarding a selection of unique and hard-to-find seed varieties and garden products in our catalog serving gardeners and farmers, and collaborating with artists to design unique and compelling art for our seed packs. Founded in 2008, we are a staff of 8 to 12 employees (varies seasonally) that enjoys a healthy, friendly work environment with lots of camaraderie and lots of hard work.
We are looking for a Sales and Customer Service Associate to join our small team based in Accord, NY. If you're detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and passionate about providing top-notch customer service, we may have the position for you!
We are seeking a full-time Sales and Customer Service Associate to join our team. We're looking for someone with at least 1-2 years' experience in a customer service or sales position. The ideal candidate is a great multi-tasker, comfortable with extensive computer work, enjoys constant communication with customers over phone and by email, and is able to grow with our business.
