Also known as Checkered Lily, this heirloom meadow flower has a history of cultivation in Europe dating back to 1575! Alba is an ivory selection with nodding blooms and thin, grassy foliage intermittently spaced on slender stems. Prefers light shade or dappled sunlight. Reaches heights of 8" to 12". Pest-resistant and a great naturalizer.

Fritillaria do best in light shade or dappled sunlight. They require a well-drained soil. After planting, water in well; beyond that average rainfall should suffice. Plant as soon as possible after receipt.
