Piginor Dandelion Weeder

Hand-forged leverage for effortless removal of deep-rooted weeds.

Tackle stubborn taproots with satisfying ease using this brilliantly designed dandelion weeder. It's the perfect tool for cleanly removing dandelions and other deep-rooted weeds without disturbing the surrounding soil. The genius is in its simple mechanics: slide the sturdy forked prongs into the ground at the base of the weed, then simply rock the handle back. The tool's curve acts as a fulcrum, using leverage to pop the entire plant, taproot and all, right out of the ground.

This dandelion weeder is part of the Piginor line, proudly hand-forged by the artisans at Red Pig Garden Tools in Oregon. Each tool is shaped from heated steel on an anvil and fitted with a comfortable, American hickory handle, creating a tool with substance and integrity. It's crafted to be slightly lighter than Red Pig's heaviest field tools for maneuverability, yet it possesses a satisfying weight and durability that far surpasses mass-produced alternatives. This is an heirloom-quality tool, built to serve you for a lifetime of gardening. Made in USA.

By far the best every weed remover I've used. I don't know if it's the shape, the rigidity or magic, but I can literally feel the roots in the soil as I dig around, making removal of black swallow-wort and other deep rooted and rhizomous weed removal considerable easier
