Striped German Tomato
Solanum lycopersicum
Certified Organic
If you look closely enough at this complex-flavored tomato, you can sort of make out parts of the German flag--stripes of red and yellow decorate the tomato much like the stripes of red and gold (plus black) decorate the flag. While this might be a bit of a stretch, it's not a stretch to say that this beefsteak tomato is smooth and flavored with complex, fruity notes. And pay attention when you slice up this beauty! The marbled interior is a sight to see (and then eat, of course). Indeterminate.

None of mine have ripened yet, but from only two plants I have at least 30 tomatoes growing and even more keep trying to come in! Very happy with this purchase. I'm having the same success with the Black Krim Tomatoes as well.
None of the seed germinated.
Thank you so much for your order! We are sorry to hear that you had issues with your tomato seeds. We stand by our high internal germination standards and are sending you a new pack of seeds that have a 91% germination rate. Thank you.
Smooth Interior,Light Taste
This tomato has a yellow interior streaked with red and orange.
The best aspect of this tomato though is it's smooth interior-no dense core or ribs.
Not very seedy or watery-very nice in salad.
Takes longer to ripen than most other tomatoes I grow.
One plant will typically give me three large tomatoes in a pratially shade, 5b, yard.
