Dara Daucus
Certified Organic
Daucus carota
A gorgeous filler flower for vase arrangements.
A well-behaved relative of Queen Anne’s Lace, Dara Daucus produces umbel-shaped, lacy inflorescences of pale pink to cranberry-chocolate flowers. Sometimes called Dara Ammi, the Ammi designation is erroneous: it is actually a carrot and far less aggressive than its Daucus counterparts, Bishop’s Weed and Queen Anne’s Lace. Dara Daucus produces an abundance of blooms that can be used for long-lasting cut flowers.
