Remarkable for its softly-mottled petals of violet-blue and white, Delft Blue is a water color painting come to life! With its painterly petals, contrasting deep-purple centers, and two-toned seed pods, this Nigella quickly became a favorite among our 2021 trials. The blooms are attractive to pollinators and make excellent cut flowers; allow plants to go to seed to harvest burgundy and green seed pods that can be used fresh or dried.
