    I was digging up the Huckleberry gold potatoes.

    I was digging up the Huckleberry gold potatoes, and lo and behold. I got a potato that’s about 5 inches in diameter along with other normal sized potatoes.

    The most amazing flavor. First year growing my own potatoes, and I should have bought 10lbs. I just made homemade corned beef hash. I cut these up and it was amazing. When I made mashed potatoes with them the other day… I used butter and a pinch of salt. That was it!!! I will be back next year for Marie and more potatoes. Thank you so much for showing me what home grown potatoes could taste like.

    HUCKLEBERRY GOLD potatoes from Hudson Valley Seed grew well and produced almost nine pounds of beautiful potatoes per pound of seed. The potatoes were clean, larger than seed from other organic sources and are delicious! Being low glycemic is an extra plus! They keep well in our root cellar, providing potatoes until late spring, Thank you for healthy organic seed potatoes!!!
