Watch bees forage all day in these spherical, violet-purple, 7" umbels of tightly packed flowers. The tallest, most dense flowerhead of all of the alliums we offer with long-standing blooms lasting up to five weeks. The 4™ tall plants dry beautifully, adding a sculptural effect to the garden!
Plant in full sun. Alliums are beloved by pollinators and resistant to deer, rabbit, and rodent damage.

Alliums do best in full sun to partial shade They require a well-drained soil. Water in well after planting, beyond that normal rainfall should be sufficient. Allium bulbs should be planted 1-2 times as deep as the diameter of the bulb. Bulbs should be kept cool until ready to plant; and planted in fall at least a month before the ground freezes.
