Returns and Refunds

Return and Refund Policy

All products we sell may be returned to us for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Two things to keep in mind:

  1. Opened or old seed packs are not accepted as returns; and
  2. If you wish to return tubers or other live plant materials, you must do so within one week of receipt. 

If your item arrived in a damaged or non-functioning state, please alert us immediately along with photo documentation and we will happily send a replacement product to you at no charge. In this case, we will cover the shipping cost.

Otherwise, any goods returned to us must be in original, new condition and must be returned in original packaging. When returning non-damaged goods, the buyer is responsible for shipping charges, and return shipping may be made by whatever means the customer selects. We advise that customers returning goods select a shipping method that provides a tracking number so that they can verify receipt of the goods at our office.

Cash refunds are not available for products ordered via our website. Refunds of credit card payments will be submitted as credits on the credit card account used to place the order. Refunds of check or money order payments will be made by check delivered to the billing address on record for the order. Refunds are made within three business days of receipt of returned goods at our office.

To begin the return process, please contact us to arrange for a return of unwanted merchandise. We will promptly advise you of the shipping address and help you resolve any concerns related to your order.
