Very disappointed! Ordered early and delivery was slow. When received the bulbs and cloves were very small, soft and looked old with many being brown. Not up to Hudson Valley’s reputation!

I had a great garlic crop last year and your seed garlic that I planted for this years harvest is sleeping under the snow. At this point in the year I have no garlic braids left only a few toes in olive oil in the fridge. So, there is nothing to photograph. I’m looking forward to another good harvest this July/August time frame.

I fire roasted the garlic and then added the cooled soft garlic into an olive oil. The pungent flavor profile of the Chesnok garlic combined with the oils was remarkable!
Unfortunately I was not able to plant this batch. But I will be ordering more for planting this year.

1st time buying this garlic, got quite a few cloves from the lb. i bought. have planted them as of 10/13/22 and im guessing somewhere around 76 cloves in a 4x10 ' bed. on another note, i love going to Hudson Valley Seed Co. to purchase locally developed seeds. i love the service and pleasantry of everyone who has helped me out..always recommend them to my fellow gardeners!

I haven’t planted the garlic yet. Still waiting for some colder weather in our area of Connecticut. I was impressed with how quickly the garlic came and how beautifully it was packaged in a mesh fabric bag. More importantly, the one page guide to preparing the planting bed, as well as how to plant the garlic has been immensely helpful. I can’t wait to get them in the ground!
