SOLA Market, with support from Upstate Color and Goblin Party, presents MAKESTREAM Day 2026 UPSTATE, a community art market from the global majority to the world centered on creative reuse, exchange, and solidarity.
Join us at Hudson Valley Seed Company to shop artwork and creative goods, explore micro-workshops and demonstrations, enjoy food and drinks, and swap art materials, tools, equipment, skills, and ideas. At 1 PM, FLOWW HOURS begins with dedicated time for trading and bartering materials, plus complimentary coffee, cocktails, and mocktails.
Artists, organizations, food vendors, performers, and creative participants are invited to apply. MAKESTREAM Day supports the development of a public, cooperative creative reuse center and alternative art school created for and by the Global Majority.
The all-ages, outdoor event is free/suggested donation to Sola Market to attend. Guests are encouraged to bring art supplies, materials, tools, or equipment to exchange.
