Wire Hoops
These 3/16"-gauge galvanized steel wire hoops are perfect for use in addition to row cover to add a 4-6 week extension to the season—or to fend off flea beetles, squash borers, and other challenging pests. The hoops keep row cover and plastic from directly contacting the plants, leading to better airflow, heat retention, and overall plant health. These can also be used in greenhouses and high tunnels or under taller low hoops that hold plastic, adding 5 degrees of protection to any space.
Hoops are 76" from end to end and fit well over 30"-48" beds. Use with 7-foot row cover for a single bed, or run 10-foot row cover over two parallel hooped beds. Space hoops 2-4' apart, and secure the ends deeply. Hoops come in packs of 10 per unit.

They bend without too much effort and are over four beds of different sizes. I was able to get my Chinese broccoli and many different greens out almost a month earlier because these hoops keep the row cover from flopping down on top of them all. Used these last year for first time, they're great! Very sturdy hoops that I used all season. They didn't move during some very windy storms and stayed put during some wet periods. Wonderful for frost row covers and insect netting. By using these I extended my cucumber season late into last summer bug free.

Excellent product for a great price. They’re so sturdy and easy to place. I used the for winter to cover with frost cloth and also in spring to keep the squirrels out of my veggies.

I used the hoops for my fall garden. It works well. They are light, easy to install, and hold the netting pretty well. The cabbages are protected and have much less bug bites. Great!
