Welcome to our 2021 Seedling Sale! The sale is your annual chance to take home certified organically grown seedlings of many of the varieties in our catalog. We will be offering vegetable, flower, and herb seedlings ready to transplant directly into your garden. Please make sure you have scheduled your pick up time via the Calendly link sent along with your order confirmation. Due to overwhelming number of orders, we cannot accomodate changes to your arranged pick up time.
The seedling distribution will again take place at Neighborhood 209 (formerly Skate Time 209), at 5164 US Highway 209, in Accord, New York—just a couple of miles from our office and greenhouses. The large parking lot at the site will afford us the opportunity to safely and efficiently serve our usual customer volume in an appointment-based, curbside pickup distribution method. Your order will be waiting for you, prominently labeled, when you arrive.
Reminder: Non-seedling products, such as seeds, tools, and supplies, will be available for pick-up from our regular office location within a few days of placing your order; if you don't pick up these items before the seedling pick-up, these items will be brought to the distribution site for you to pick up with your seedlings.
Please call 845-204-8769 with any concerns about your appointment time.
Pick up hours are:
Wednesday, May 19 - 9am to 5pm
Thursday, May 20 - 9am to 5pm
Friday, May 21 - 9am to 6pm
Saturday, May 22 - 9am to 6pm
Return and Refund Policy: Seedlings are living organisms and as such, we cannot guarantee 100% availability on your order. If an item(s) is unavailable, we will issue a refund. If you experience problems with your seedlings, please contact us within 5 days of order pick up. Refunds will not be granted for crop losses due to weather conditions, improper storage conditions, improper planting, or critter/insect damage.
